This blog is open to the awesome group of writers/cartoonists/authors that make up the contributors to the zine Electric Ant, along with other members of the extended zine family. I have moderation powers, but will use them sparingly... Mostly, it can be our place to:

• share pics and news related to the zine (and future issues)!
• promote your own comics / music / art show / other projects!
• share weird and cool shit you like with the zine crew!

Oh, and I'll be using it to post announcements and news related to Electric Ant #1: Your First Kiss and the second issue, Electric Ant #2: Exquisite Corpses. 

This blog is powered by yet another web 2.0 microposting platform. That said, I think posterous has some nifty options and can be really easy to use. The basic premise is simple, contributors don't sign in to anything... you simply write and send an email (with any media like pictures, videos, music files as an attachment) and posterous puts it up online here. If you include a URL for media (YouTube, Hulu, etc), posterous will automatically post the video from that URL... fancy! For more info on using posterous, go here.
